Facilities Manager

Our clients deal with many well respected organisations, offering total building and facilities management including HVAC, office moves, lighting, decorating, repairs, security as well as maintaining grounds, landscaping, office and window cleaning amongst other fabricating aspects. Expanding rapidly and employing in excess of 500 people as well as contractors, our clients are based in South Oxfordshire and operate primarily in a 50 mile radius of head office with some business now being generated from within the M25.

They are looking for an experienced Facilities Manager - duties include visiting clients, supervising staff and all contractors. Some Electrical or Mechancial knowledge is an advantage, particularly with Air Conditioning and Heating - some qualifications are expected in a relevant discipline. You will also prepare quotations and reports for clients.

You should have a good knowledge of current health and safety practices, with the ability to create and establish KPI's to monitor progress and development.

A hands-on approach is important with high customer satisfaction values.

You should also be computer literate and an excellent communicator at all levels.


Location is within easy reach of Oxford, Reading, Newbury, Swindon, London, Bracknell, Basingstoke and commutable from Bath and Bristol areas.
