The Role
You will start by making your mark on one of our Client's many manufacturing and distribution sites, helping to sustain their phenomenal and ongoing rate of expansion. From there, who knows where your drive, talent and ambition could lead.
For now, however, this major people management role will see you boosting productivity, inspiring your team to surpass a range of set targets, championing new ways to develop people and delivering continuous improvement in everything you do. Logical, positive, influential and degree educated or equivalent, you will need to come to our Client with management experience in a fast-paced, blue-chip environment.
